Computer Gaming: How to build a highway interchange

This procedure can be used in either SimCity 3000 or SimCity 3000 Unlimited.

  1. First, you must have two intersecting highways as shown below.

  2. Then, choose the On Ramp tool from the Transportation menu.

  3. Place the tool in the "corner" of the interchange. The drop shadow will turn blue when you have it positioned correctly.

  4. Repeat this 3 more times in each corner. After that, you have your interchange!
